Darwin Consultants selected to develop a new Property Management system.

A new client that advises and supports property industry clients with their software systems and have developed a number of bespoke applications for property clients are now looking to re-build some of this functionality within a Product that they can offer to property related organisations, including property investment companies, commercial and residential managing agents, local authorities, and housing associations etc.

As part of the work undertaken for clients they have, in the past, reviewed CAFM Explorer, the Facilities Management system written by Darwin Consultants for FMx Ltd (see our case study). Suitably impressed with the software, they have approached Darwin to assist them with their own new product.

Working closely with the new client, Darwin Consultants will help them to realise their vision of a Property Management system, helping to manage property, cases, documents and communications for all their clients. Darwin’s experience of developing and supporting products will ensure the resulting system is easily packaged and can be rolled out to new clients as an off-the-shelf solution.
